Strength Robotics is developing Muscle Milo as a robotic strength-training system for commercial gyms, performance facilities and rehabilitation centres. The machine is intended to configure an exercise for the individual user, observe the movement and provide assistance when a repetition cannot be completed safely. Real-time feedback adds coaching around form, range and progression while the equipment actively adjusts resistance.

For a facility, the platform would combine exercise hardware with user profiles and session data so setup, spotting and instruction can be delivered consistently across visits. Coaches or clinicians remain responsible for the training or rehabilitation programme, while Muscle Milo performs repeated physical adjustment and monitoring at the station. The company is part of the MassRobotics resident ecosystem and remains in pre-launch development, with early-access participation preceding commercial installations.
