Xenex supplies LightStrike UV robots for whole-room microbial reduction in healthcare facilities. The company describes a patented pulsed-xenon UV system at the centre of the robot, with product families including LightStrike+ and LightStrike6 and a TrackMate digital tracking system.
The robot is used after routine cleaning to expose treated room surfaces to UV energy. Cycle time, room geometry, line of sight and operating procedure affect the treatment workflow.
