Agile ONE

About

About Agile ONE

Agile ONE is Agile Robots' bipedal humanoid for manufacturing and logistics tasks. Its human-scale body combines articulated arms with 21-joint hands, integrated force and tactile sensing, cameras and lidar. A chest display, lights and speech provide interaction with nearby people. The platform is designed to move between industrial workstations and manipulate objects within existing production layouts.

Training combines simulated tasks, teleoperation, human demonstrations and industrial data to develop robot foundation models. At Hannover Messe in April 2026, Agile ONE assembled a personalised miniature robotic arm during a public demonstration. The humanoid is being developed within Agile Robots' wider system of industrial arms, mobile robots and factory software, with integration into coordinated production workflows as the intended operating model. Its demonstrated assembly work precedes broader industrial deployment.
