W1 Pro
About
About W1 Pro
W1 Pro combines a lifting torso, two seven-axis arms and a differential or omnidirectional mobile base. The differential configuration has 34 degrees of freedom and the omnidirectional version has 40, with up to 10 kilograms of payload per arm and optional dexterous hands or two-finger grippers.
A dual-computer architecture separates AI processing from one-kilohertz joint control over EtherCAT. Binocular and wrist vision, dual lidar and visual-navigation sensors support perception and SLAM, while teleoperation and secondary-development interfaces support data collection, research and industrial task development.

Timeline
- DexForce partners with WeCook on robotic meal collection
2026-02-28 - Partnership - The proposed workflow links personalized nutrition orders from the WeCook app to robot meal-selection and collection instructions. Robots would identify boxed meals in temperature-controlled cabinets and hand them to customers; the Hong Kong Productivity Council supported the collaboration.

2025-01-20 - Product Launch - DexForce W1 combines 34 powered units with seven-degree-of-freedom arms and six-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands. Its vision-based spatial sensors use multiple imaging modules and learned processing to identify objects under varied lighting. The DexVerse Sim2Real engine models lighting, friction and object dynamics to generate simulation data for robot training.
