About D1
D1 is ZEALS' wheeled humanoid for guidance, reception, transport and patrol in hospitals, commercial facilities, logistics centres and factories. A height-adjustable torso sits on a six-wheel differential-drive base, while two seven-axis torque-controlled arms provide joint sensing and brakes for manipulation around people.
The perception suite combines two lidars, head and base depth cameras, fisheye and wrist cameras, ultrasonic sensors and contact detection with NVIDIA Jetson compute. Each arm carries five kilograms, and the robot is rated for eight hours of operation with automatic or manual charging. ZEALS opened Japanese orders in August 2026 from ¥5 million, supplemented by operating software, support, leasing, insurance, maintenance and robot-as-a-service plans.
