About HCR-10L
HCR-10L is Hanwha Robotics' long-reach six-axis collaborative arm. It combines a 10-kilogram payload with 1,800 millimetres of reach and a 45-kilogram robot body, giving it a wider working envelope than the HCR-12A while carrying a lighter rated load. The arm reaches 1.5 metres per second with 0.04-millimetre repeatability.
Hanwha introduced HCR-10L at IMTS 2024 with a motion-tracking system that recorded a human operator's powder-coating path and replayed it over a vehicle hood and wheel rim. The IP66 arm supports floor, ceiling and limited-angle wall mounting, plus EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and tool-side EtherCAT for integration into coating, palletising, welding and assembly cells.
