HCR-12A

About

About HCR-12A

Hanwha Robotics HCR-12A is a six-axis collaborative robot for handling larger workpieces across a broad work envelope. The 53-kilogram arm carries 12 kilograms, reaches 1,300 millimetres and has stated repeatability of 0.07 millimetres. Its listed linear tool speed is one metre per second, and the installation specification gives the arm an IP54 rating.

The payload and reach suit palletising, machine loading, logistics transfer and other workcells where a compact cobot cannot cover the required distance. Integrators configure grippers, fixtures, safety measures and the application program around the final process. HCR-12A is a distinct mid-range member of the HCR-A family, positioned between HCR-5A and the heavier HCR-32.
