HCR-32
About
About HCR-32
Hanwha Robotics HCR-32 extends the HCR collaborative-arm range into heavier industrial handling. The six-axis arm carries up to 32 kilograms across a 1,820-millimetre reach, weighs 82 kilograms and has stated repeatability of 0.05 millimetres. Its arm enclosure is rated IP65 for industrial workcell use.
The large working envelope and payload support applications such as moving substantial components, palletising and servicing widely spaced fixtures. The final cell still depends on the selected end effector, workpiece, mounting arrangement and risk assessment. HCR-32 is the heavy-duty member of this HCR generation and is maintained separately from HCR-12A because its payload, reach and installation requirements define a materially different robot configuration.
