HCR-3A

Hanwha Robotics HCR-3A is a compact six-axis collaborative robot for constrained industrial workcells. The 13-kilogram arm carries up to three kilograms across a 630-millimetre reach, with stated repeatability of 0.05 millimetres and tool speed up to one metre per second. Its arm enclosure is rated IP66.

The small working envelope suits assembly, inspection, dispensing and light machine-tending cells where floor space is limited. Integrators choose the end effector, guarding assessment and application program for the final workflow. The HCR-3A remains a distinct low-payload model within Hanwha’s HCR collaborative-arm family and is not merged with the larger HCR-5A, HCR-12A or HCR-32 variants.
