HCR-5A

About

About HCR-5A

Hanwha Robotics HCR-5A is a six-axis collaborative robot sized for light industrial handling. The 21-kilogram arm carries up to five kilograms across a 915-millimetre reach, with stated repeatability of 0.05 millimetres and linear tool speed up to one metre per second. Its arm enclosure carries an IP66 rating.

The combination of moderate reach and low arm mass supports compact assembly, dispensing, inspection and machine-loading cells. End effectors, risk controls and application software are selected by the integrator for each installation. HCR-5A is the five-kilogram member of Hanwha's HCR-A range and remains distinct from the smaller HCR-3A and longer-reach HCR-12A and HCR-32 models.
