Renatus Autonomous Warehouse Shuttle
About
About Renatus Autonomous Warehouse Shuttle
Renatus Autonomous Warehouse Shuttle is the container-transport robot within the RENATUS storage system. It moves along the rack’s rail grid and uses an onboard transfer module to load and unload containers, with sensors monitoring their position during the handoff. The vehicle’s movements are coordinated with lifts and workstations through CORTEX.
The control software sequences container arrivals so picking, order matching and packing can take place at the same station. It also monitors equipment status and can calculate an alternative route around a failed robot or lift when the installation permits. This connects the shuttle’s local movement to the wider storage-and-retrieval sequence, including how the warehouse supplies work to its operators.
