CUBY

SSI CUBY is a single-level shuttle system for automated storage and retrieval of containers and cartons weighing up to 35 kilograms. Each storage level uses its own shuttle, while one or more lifts move loads between the racking and connected conveying equipment. WAMAS logistics software and the system controller coordinate these components with goods-to-person workstations.

Double-deep storage uses the full rack depth to increase space utilisation, and a double-lift option raises throughput where required. Operators can configure the rack layout for the building and expand an installation to as many as 42 storage levels. Maintenance platforms provide access to lifts, control cabinets and shuttle levels, while the modular mechanical arrangement supports staged capacity growth across warehouse and distribution applications.
