ADAPTO

ADAPTO is a modular shuttle-based storage and retrieval system for high-volume e-commerce fulfilment. Multidirectional shuttles move between aisles on each storage level, allowing vehicles to reach work wherever capacity is needed. Built-in sorting and sequencing logic places items for the next expected process and routes goods to picking workstations.

The system combines storage, picking, buffering and order sequencing within one automated flow. Storage and retrieval take place without routine human access to the racking area. Capacity can be expanded in stages because lifts, shuttles and storage aisles can be added independently, while vehicles from another aisle can assist when demand rises. That architecture targets warehouses where order volume, inventory position and release sequence change throughout the day.
