About RoboSense Airy

Airy is a hemispherical digital lidar measuring 60 millimetres in diameter, 63 millimetres high and under 240 grams. It provides 360-by-90-degree coverage, 192- or 96-beam configurations and point rates reaching 1.72 million points per second.

The sensor detects 10%-reflective targets at 30 metres and provides one-centimetre range precision with an integrated IMU. VCSEL emitters and SPAD system-on-chip receivers support compact packaging and power consumption below eight watts. Applications include SLAM, navigation and obstacle detection across indoor and outdoor robots.
