About Skill Capture Glove

Skill Capture Glove is a wearable teaching device whose geometry mirrors the hand on Sunday Robotics' Memo robot. A person performs an activity directly, and the glove records the motion and interaction signals needed to represent that demonstration. Skill Transform then converts the recording into trajectories and control data that can train Memo's learned behaviour.

Sunday says it has shipped more than 2,000 gloves, gathered demonstrations in over 500 homes and accumulated more than ten million training episodes. The collection system lets Memory Developers teach tasks away from a customer's home and contributes to the ACT-1 foundation model. The glove is therefore a data-acquisition component in Sunday's robot-learning pipeline, not a general-purpose robot controller.
