Dean Drako acquired Cobalt AI, formerly Cobalt Robotics, and became chairman while Ken Wolff remained CEO.

Cobalt AI provides autonomous indoor security robots, AI monitoring and remote human oversight as an integrated enterprise service. Founded in 2016 and acquired by Dean Drako in 2024, its robots patrol facilities, perform scheduled checks, detect anomalies and support two-way interaction. Cobalt Monitoring Intelligence analyses events while a command centre supervises deployments, maintenance and response workflows.
