About Cepton
Cepton develops lidar hardware and perception systems around its Micro Motion Technology scanning architecture. Vista Ultra and Nova Ultra address different automotive and industrial range or packaging requirements, while Helius combines sensor data with perception software for infrastructure applications.
Koito Manufacturing completed its acquisition of Cepton in January 2025. Cepton left Nasdaq and continues operating within the Koito Group, pairing its lidar engineering and product identity with Koito's automotive manufacturing and customer network.
