  • Kajima researchers in Singapore used two terminals to plan tasks and monitor a construction-robotics laboratory in Germany.
  • Task data passed through the BIMxD environment into BAUBOT navigation and robotic execution components.
  • The pilot combined contributions from BAUBOT, DFKI, Catenda, STAM, SINTEF, Ricoh and Kajima in one digital construction workflow.

BAUBOT develops modular mobile construction robots that carry task-specific tools for drilling, printing, milling and site work. Originating from Printstones, the Vienna company combines an autonomous mobile base with manipulators and software for adaptable construction automation.
