About
About Serve Robotics
Serve's delivery workflow connects ordering, robot dispatch and customer collection. Customers order through supported delivery platforms, track the trip and unlock the cargo compartment using their phone or a security code. Remote supervisors monitor vehicles over mobile connections and can assist when a robot encounters an unusual situation; physical assistance is available when needed.
The outdoor fleet returns to depots for charging, maintenance and software or hardware updates between operating periods. Following its acquisition of Diligent Robotics, Serve also operates Moxi hospital robots that move medications, lab samples and supplies. Those indoor systems navigate corridors, use elevators and access secured areas, extending the company's logistics operations into healthcare facilities.
