About Honeywell Aerospace

Honeywell Aerospace supplies technologies used across commercial aircraft, business aviation, defence and space platforms, supported by an aftermarket-services business. Its service offering includes maintenance plans, repair and overhaul, aircraft connectivity, cybersecurity and asset-availability programmes. These services connect equipment supply with the continuing work of keeping aircraft and installed systems operational.

The business became an independent publicly traded company on 29 June 2026 following its separation from Honeywell International, and began trading on Nasdaq as HONA. Headquartered in Phoenix, it reported more than 36,000 employees and over 10,000 customers at launch. Its strategy centres on developing technologies that can be deployed across multiple aircraft platforms and markets.
