Nearthlab develops autonomous drones and analytics for infrastructure inspection, public safety and defence. Its wind-turbine system flies close, repeatable paths around blades and captures detailed imagery that software converts into defect records for maintenance teams.
The company combines aircraft, physical-AI flight software and analysis rather than treating inspection as manual piloting. Newer systems extend the stack into counter-UAS and collaborative defence missions, where multiple aircraft can sense or respond in coordinated operations. Nearthlab supplies mission-specific vehicles, autonomy and data workflows for commercial and government users.

The listing moves Nearthlab from private-company funding into public-market coverage and does not count as a new private funding round. Nearthlab develops autonomous inspection drones alongside KAiDEN counter-UAS interceptors and XAiDEN collaborative defence systems. Shares closed at KRW 28,650 on debut, down 30.46% from the offer price; the trading outcome is recorded separately from the company’s operating milestones.

The MoU combines Nearthlab’s autonomous drone inspection workflow with PowerCurve’s annual-energy-production loss analysis for wind-farm maintenance. Nearthlab’s Zoomable platform will integrate aerodynamic calculations from PowerCurve’s AeroVista tool so blade-surface defects can be evaluated alongside turbine performance data. The combined workflow helps site managers estimate losses from defects such as leading-edge erosion and use that information to target maintenance and allocate resources.
