About Odd.Bot
Odd.Bot builds autonomous mechanical-weeding equipment for arable and vegetable farms. Its Maverick field robot uses onboard navigation and AI vision to distinguish crop plants from weeds, then removes unwanted plants with mechanically actuated tools and no herbicide. The machine supports ridges, flat fields and bed systems, can turn autonomously at row ends, and is designed to work through long operating windows without a driver.
Maverick is calibrated for specific crops and row spacing, with current applications including onions, carrots, red beet, chicory and parsnips. Odd.Bot sells and supports the system through agricultural dealers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland and Austria, alongside field demonstrations and grower support. The company supplies the robot and crop-specific weeding configuration; growers remain responsible for field preparation, crop decisions, safe deployment and the wider cultivation programme.
