About Robot System Products
Robot System Products develops automatic tool changers, swivels, hose packages, valve units, grippers and other industrial-robot peripherals. RSP builds modular wrist-down equipment around its TrueConnect locking system, allowing power, signals and media to pass through changing tools. Its product and support catalogue addresses automotive, machine tending, logistics, medical and cobot applications through an international partner network.
Its current documentation covers product selection, system integration and support for industrial integrators, with applications and configuration limits tied to the relevant hardware or software family.

- 2024-10-16 - Product Launch - RSP launches CoboShift tool-changer family
RSP launched CoboShift on October 16, 2024. The family includes manual and automatic variants designed specifically for collaborative robots. Integrated media modules carry electrical signals and air or vacuum through the changer while claimed repeatability reaches 0.001 millimetres.

RSP announced the Cognibotics-powered calibration offer on February 1, 2024. The package combines calibration equipment with CogniCal software for industrial robots, cobots and external axes. RSP supplies the system globally with training and calibration-as-a-service options.

RSP announced its Polish operation on January 16, 2023. The company appointed robotics-industry specialist Andrzej Samol as its local representative. The office expanded direct regional sales and support for RSP robot peripherals.

RSP presented the safety-supervised tool changer on March 2, 2022. The patented module combines a safety-logic circuit and software directly on the tool changer. The design reduces external safety-system modification while monitoring and controlling automatic tool exchange.

RSP released complete CiRo Tool Systems on January 21, 2021. The packages integrate cable management with hose packs and other robot-dressing components. The initial systems covered ABB robots with payloads from 10 to 200 kilograms and were available through the RobotStudio add-in.

RSP released its Tool Systems add-in for ABB RobotStudio on November 30, 2020. The software configures plug-and-play upper-arm dress packs from compatible RSP components. It gives integrators a digital workflow for matching tool changers, swivels, cables and hose packages to ABB robots.
