About VMECA
VMECA manufactures vacuum components that let robots and automated machinery lift objects ranging from porous cartons and flexible packaging to glass bottles, metal sheets, solar cells and electronic parts. Its catalogue includes suction cups, pneumatic generators, vacuum cartridges, compact Magic Grippers, special automotive tools and powder or bulk-material conveyors.
V-Grip systems combine lightweight aluminium frames, flexible EPDM foam and integrated cartridges to seal across uneven shapes and mixed item sizes. Adjustable check valves isolate uncovered suction zones, while filters and blow-release ports support reliable pickup and release. Robot-flange Magic Grippers concentrate multiple cartridges in a compact end effector, and non-contact floating cups handle thin or fragile material. The modular components can be configured for packaging, palletising, machine loading and high-mix pick-and-place cells.
