RORZE Corporation develops clean automation for semiconductor, display and life-science manufacturing. Its semiconductor range includes atmospheric and vacuum wafer robots, aligners, load ports, equipment front-end modules, sorters, stockers and vacuum platforms for moving substrates between tightly controlled process stages.
The company designs core mechanisms, motors, controls, sensors and software within a vertically integrated production system. Recent handling work includes independently controlled vacuum fingers for warped and ultra-thin wafers. RORZE also applies its transfer expertise to reticle and large-glass handling, automated cell culture, incubators and laboratory mobile robots, serving equipment makers and manufacturing plants worldwide.

RORZE received three supplier awards from Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. in China. The awards recognized a 20-year strategic partnership, mass-production support and quality performance. The announcement is a direct customer-supplier signal for RORZE semiconductor automation systems.

The working Flap Wrist adjusts its robot fingers to different wafer shapes before vacuum gripping and transfer. RORZE also ran a live demonstration of a panel-level-package transfer unit. The demonstrations opened at Tokyo Big Sight on December 17, 2025 and ran through December 19.
