About Simularge
Simularge develops physics-based digital twins that connect engineering models with live factory data. Its software reads programmable-controller and sensor signals, models process conditions that cannot be measured directly and predicts product variation or defect risk while production is running.
The platform combines computer-aided engineering solvers, AI, IoT connectivity and low-code workflow tools for cloud or on-premise deployment. Applications include thermoforming, thermal processes and other quality-sensitive manufacturing, with recommendations sent to operators or written back to machine controls. Simularge serves automotive, electronics, aerospace, appliances, energy and process-industry programmes seeking lower scrap and more stable production.
