About Tensr

Tensr's Emeryville factory brings electronics, metalworking, plastics and final assembly into one manufacturing service. Customers can order boards, frames, enclosures, fixtures and assembled hardware, with processes spanning surface-mount electronics, machining, joining, additive manufacturing and moulding. The company presents its 12,000-square-foot Bay Area facility as an operating factory for building robots.

Its development programme uses data from each build to train models that plan and execute production. The intended outcome is manufacturing capacity that can be provisioned on demand, with robotic cells adapting to different products and volumes. A fully autonomous factory remains the company's development goal.
