About 3D-Components AS
RobTrack takes information about the robot, welding source, material, geometry, constraints, sensor history and simulation data and converts the problem into a searchable process model. It identifies a viable parameter window rather than returning one unexplained setting, including expected stability, bead geometry and boundaries beyond which quality deteriorates.
The platform is designed to work across robot and power-source brands and integrate with existing CAD, simulation and offline-programming tools. Customers begin with a focused process-window pilot around a real production setup, after which validated parameters and deployment guidance can be transferred into welding, repair, WAAM or directed-energy-deposition workflows.
