About Machina Labs

Machina Labs produces metal structures through RoboCraftsman cells that combine industrial robots, forming tools, scanning and adaptive software. Two robots work from opposite sides of a sheet, incrementally shaping the material while metrology systems compare the evolving part against its digital model. The same cell architecture can incorporate trimming, drilling, machining, welding, heat treatment and assembly.

The process allows geometries to be produced from software and sheet stock with limited dedicated tooling. Machina Labs operates the manufacturing systems itself and supplies finished components to aerospace, defence and industrial customers. Its expanding United States factory is designed to accommodate up to 50 cells and increase production of larger, qualification-grade structures.
