DG-5F-M
About
About DG-5F-M
DG-5F-M is Tesollo's larger five-finger dexterous hand. Each finger has four independently actuated joints for 20 active degrees of freedom, with absolute position feedback and a 250 Hz control frequency. The current interface set includes Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and Ethernet TCP/IP.
Tesollo rates the hand for 2.5 kg pinching and 10 kg enveloping payloads, with published maxima of 5 kg and 20 kg respectively. Options include fingertip six-axis force/torque, three-axis force or tactile sensors, plus suction fingertips, a short wrist and a support stand. Stanford researchers have used DG-5F-M hands in bimanual piano-playing and in-hand manipulation projects.
