HORST600 G2
About
About HORST600 G2
fruitcore robotics’ HORST600 G2 is a compact six-axis industrial robot for assembly, machine loading and component handling in constrained workcells. It provides 610 millimetres of reach, a 5-kilogram nominal load and up to 7 kilograms of maximum payload under the manufacturer’s stated load conditions. The 38-kilogram arm repeats positions to ±0.05 millimetres.
The robot uses fruitcore’s horstOS environment for visual programming, device integration and cell control. Protection is IP54 across the arm and IP65 on axes four through six, supporting factory-floor use while preserving a relatively small footprint. HORST600 G2 is the short-reach member of the G2 range; it remains a distinct model from HORST800 G2 and HORST1000 G2 rather than a configuration label.
