HORST800 G2

fruitcore robotics’ HORST800 G2 is a six-axis industrial robot sized between the compact HORST600 G2 and the longer-reach HORST1000 G2. It offers 840 millimetres of reach, a 5-kilogram nominal load and up to 6 kilograms of maximum payload. The arm weighs 40 kilograms and is specified for ±0.05-millimetre repeatability.

HORST800 G2 supports machine tending, assembly and parts handling through fruitcore’s horstOS control environment. IP54 protection across the structure and IP65 protection on axes four through six suit common factory workcells, while the intermediate reach gives integrators more workspace than the 600 model without moving to the larger 1000 platform. This record represents the exact 800 G2 model, not the HORST family as a whole.
