About UST-10LX

UST-10LX is a 130-gram two-dimensional laser scanner measuring objects from six centimetres to ten metres across a 270-degree field. It completes each scan in 25 milliseconds with 0.25-degree angular resolution and transmits range data through 100BASE-TX Ethernet.

The IP65 sensor operates from 10–30-volt DC power and withstands vibration and shock associated with mobile equipment. Robots use its range measurements for obstacle detection, localisation, mapping and movement analysis. Hokuyo supplies programming documentation, drivers and dimensional data for embedded integration.
