LBR iisy 15 R930

LBR iisy 15 R930 is KUKA's six-axis collaborative robot with a rated 15-kilogram payload and 930 mm maximum reach. Integrated joint-torque sensing supports sensitive contact and hand-guided operation, while ±0.05 mm pose repeatability addresses assembly and handling work. The arm weighs about 43.2 kilograms and carries an IP54 protection rating.

KR C5 micro-2 control hardware and iiQKA.OS2 provide the operating environment. Floor, wall, ceiling and angled mounting options allow different cell layouts, with standard and cleanroom configurations available. Tooling, payload centre of mass and the completed safety concept determine usable performance in a specific collaborative or automated process.
