TM20S

OMRON designed TM20S for compact cells that must lift larger workpieces without moving to a much heavier industrial arm. A camera-equipped configuration can locate parts, inspect features and guide placement. Integrators can build sequences graphically in TMflow, add TMScript logic or prepare work offline with TMCraft, then connect grippers and peripheral equipment for end-of-line or machine-support processes.

Its rated wrist load is 20 kilograms across a 1.3-metre envelope, while the camera-equipped arm weighs 33.3 kilograms. OMRON states plus or minus 0.05-millimetre repeatability and 1.1-metre-per-second average motion. The arm carries IP65 and ISO Class 3 cleanroom classifications; the AC cabinet and handheld interface are IP54. End-effector shape, workpiece, speed, separation and programmed safety limits determine whether an installed motion can run collaboratively.
