TM30S

OMRON’s TM30S is a six-axis collaborative robot built for high-payload palletising, depalletising, packaging and machine-tending cells. Its 30-kilogram capacity and 1,702-millimetre reach allow a configured system to handle cases and large parts across Euro or US pallet positions without adding a vertical riser. OMRON specifies ±0.05-millimetre repeatability and an average tool-centre-point speed of 2.1 metres per second.

The IP65 arm incorporates high-resolution vision for locating objects and checking placement. TMflow supplies drag-and-drop programming, while TMScript, TMCraft, offline simulation and TMscene extend development and workspace validation. Thirty-six configurable safety functions support application-level collaborative design, but the installed gripper, payload, layout and risk assessment determine whether a particular cell can operate without external guarding.
