About qb SoftHand+
qb SoftHand+ uses one motor and one coordinated movement synergy to drive 19 compliant finger joints. The five-finger structure adapts around objects through elastic tendons and dislocatable joints, supporting power grasps, pinches and interaction around people.
An off-power holding mechanism maintains a firm grasp when electrical power is removed. The hand connects through industrial and research interfaces and can be mounted on robot arms and humanoid platforms. qbrobotics supplies control software, mechanical adapters and application support.
