About Aergility
Aergility’s managed-autorotation design uses several rotors for powered vertical take-off. During forward flight, most rotors enter controlled autorotation while a separate propeller supplies cruise thrust, allowing the wings and free-spinning rotors to support the aircraft without powering every lift motor continuously.
Vista has been used as a smaller demonstrator carrying more than 25 pounds, while the proposed Hauler platform targets payloads above 500 pounds and ranges around 500 miles. The company is also developing autonomous operation for degraded communications environments, but Hauler remains a development programme rather than a certified production cargo fleet.
