About FlyingBasket
FlyingBasket builds heavy-lift multirotor aircraft for moving cargo where roads, cranes or helicopters are impractical. Its FB3 is an electrically powered octocopter rated for payloads up to 100 kilograms, using a sling hook or removable cargo box for work in forestry, construction, energy, telecommunications, offshore logistics and civil protection.
Four swappable lithium-ion batteries, redundant propulsion and communications, ADS-B, a flight-termination system and radar-assisted height control support professional operations. Payload-dependent range runs from about 25 kilometres with five kilograms to seven kilometres at maximum load, while ground-control and BVLOS telemetry manage missions. FlyingBasket sells the aircraft as a commercial platform and provides operator training, maintenance and mission support.
