About Blueflite
Blueflite develops electric vertical-take-off cargo drones and the software used to plan and manage delivery operations. Its modular carbon-fibre airframes use vectored-thrust propulsion and enclosed cargo compartments, supporting logistics missions without runway infrastructure.
The blueDigital platform connects mission planning, fleet management and delivery data, while blueControl, bluePilot and blueBrain handle vehicle control and onboard autonomy. Blueflite adapts aircraft, payload interfaces and operating workflows for medical, industrial, humanitarian and defence logistics. Its Cobalt 461 model was added to the US Federal Aviation Administration's Section 44807 eligible aircraft list in 2026.

- 2026-10-05 - Demonstration - blueflite and Munson announce second medical drone trial phase
Flights link Munson Medical Center and Crystal Lake Health Center, simulating delivery of supplies, laboratory samples and medication. The phase adds longer flights, multiple drones and sensor technology under programme-reported FAA approval. The first phase conducted nearly 70 flights during May 2025.
