Hesy’s system combines intraoral RGB, near-infrared and depth sensing to map the teeth and gums before treatment. AI identifies areas requiring cleaning or assessment, while the robotic instrument controls position, angle, force and pressure during scaling, polishing, probing and selected early restorative work.

The platform is operated under the supervision of a dental professional and is trained through demonstrations from hygienists and clinicians. Tool tracking, force limits and patient-motion monitoring form part of the safety architecture, while treatment records support consistent quality review across repeated appointments.
