RIF Robotics is developing a robotic system for surgical-instrument tray preparation. The system combines machine vision and manipulation to identify, inspect and handle instruments during assembly workflows, targeting repetitive work performed around sterile processing.

The product is presented as a development-stage system rather than a broadly deployed clinical robot. It assists tray-preparation operations and does not replace sterilisation validation, clinical judgement or the procedural responsibilities of sterile-processing and surgical teams.
