OLP Robotics configures WeCobot welding installations around a fabricator’s parts, available equipment and working space. Mounting options include magnetic bases, overhead arrangements, linear tracks and trolleys, allowing the robot to be brought to a job or positioned around a fixed work area. Integration with a welding power source depends on that machine’s model and age.
The company combines robot integration with welding application support and offers demonstrations at its test facility using Fronius TPSi and Kemppi X5 equipment. Its wider services include offline programming, robotic plasma cutting, thermal-spray work and project management. Those capabilities support the planning and introduction of an automated process, from choosing a physical arrangement to preparing the robot’s production program.

Austal installed the collaborative welding system at its Henderson shipyard for fabrication testing. OLP Robotics supplied the turnkey package locally and supported coding and commissioning. The system welds aluminium and steel while working alongside Austal's skilled fabrication team.
