TDK-InvenSense develops inertial, pressure, acoustic and ultrasonic sensing for embedded electronics and autonomous machines. Its portfolio includes six- and nine-axis motion devices, industrial IMUs, barometric sensors, digital microphones and Chirp time-of-flight modules used for orientation, navigation, altitude and proximity awareness.
RoboKit1 combines an IMU, pressure sensor, microphone array, temperature and magnetic sensing, motor control and connectors for nine ultrasonic range sensors on one development board. ROS drivers and reference algorithms support heading, obstacle sensing and robot prototyping, while a complementary mezzanine connects TDK sensing to Qualcomm robotics processors. Production components are supplied separately for drones, appliances, wearables, vehicles and industrial systems.
