About Nordbo Robotics
Nordbo Robotics develops complete systems for surface processing and quality inspection, supported by its own process components and software. Its active compensation unit adjusts applied force as surface curvature, tool orientation or processing speed changes, helping a finishing tool maintain contact as it moves across a part. Force-torque sensors provide additional feedback for operations such as grinding, polishing and deburring.
The component range also includes electromagnetic tool changers that operate without an external pneumatic supply, with optional electrical signal coupling. Nordbo combines its own components with third-party equipment according to the precision and cost requirements of the application. This allows a finishing installation to be configured around the workpiece, tooling and measurement needs.
