About Chef Robotics
Chef Robotics builds robotic meal-assembly modules for prepared-food factories and commercial kitchens. ChefOS controls utensils that pick and portion ingredients from standard hotel pans into trays, bowls, wraps, pizzas and conveyor-fed packages. Vision and manipulation models accommodate variation in food shape, texture and presentation, allowing the same cell to change recipes and placement patterns without dedicated dispensing machinery.
The food-contact path is limited to removable utensils and pans, and the C-001748 robotic module is certified to NSF/ANSI 169 for special-purpose food equipment. Fleet data from production improves manipulation models across recipes and sites. Chef reported more than 100 million servings completed at over a dozen facilities in the United States, Canada and Europe by April 2026, demonstrating operation beyond pilot kitchens.
