Quindar develops mission-management software for operating satellites, payloads and ground systems through a common interface. Its platform supports mixed spacecraft fleets and multiple missions, integrating with existing architectures so operators can monitor telemetry, command assets, reserve ground contacts and coordinate payload activity.
The product suite covers automated mission planning, contact scheduling, flight dynamics, command and control, anomaly detection and recovery, and role-based stakeholder access. Open integrations connect satellite manufacturers, ground-station networks and development tooling. Quindar serves commercial, government, Earth-observation, communications, positioning and in-space-servicing missions from initial launch through constellation-scale operations.

The integrated capability is scheduled to debut on Portal's first free-flying Starburst mission on SpaceX Transporter-18. The agreement covers the first of multiple planned missions and combines maneuverable spacecraft with automation-first ground software.

The U.S. Space Force selected Quindar to rapidly design and deliver mission-operations capabilities supporting the Golden Dome programme.
