Rocket Lab provides launch services, spacecraft, satellite components and mission software for commercial, civil, defence and intelligence customers. Electron supports dedicated and rideshare launches, while the company's space-systems businesses supply spacecraft buses, separation systems, solar power, flight software and other mission hardware.
The group covers missions from launch through on-orbit operation. Vehicle availability, payload capacity and spacecraft configuration remain mission- and programme-specific.

Iridium stockholders are due $27.00 in cash plus Rocket Lab shares for each Iridium share, with a notional value of $54.00 per share. The transaction combines Iridium’s L-band network and spectrum with Rocket Lab’s launch and spacecraft-manufacturing capabilities. Iridium remains a public, independent company while the required approvals and closing conditions are pending.
