About CMZ12
CMZ12 is a collaborative robot that combines a 12-kilogram payload with a 1,214-millimetre reach and stated repeatability of +/-0.025 millimetres. It moves at up to 1,000 millimetres per second in collaborative mode and 3,000 millimetres per second when operating outside collaborative speed limits.
The hollow wrist routes cables and hoses internally, reducing interference around grippers and process tools. Certified safety functions, collision detection and an IP67 body support machine tending, palletising, dispensing and heavier handling tasks in cells that alternate between collaborative and industrial operation.
