iER50-1200-SR

ESTUN’s iER50-1200-SR is a four-axis SCARA robot for transferring and assembling heavy workpieces in a horizontal production envelope. It carries 50 kilograms across a 1,200-millimetre arm and provides 400 millimetres of vertical J3 travel. The 145-kilogram robot uses AC servo drives and is installed on the floor within its specified indoor operating conditions.

Positioning tolerances remain axis-specific: ESTUN lists ±0.025 millimetres for the combined J1 and J2 plane, ±0.015 millimetres for J3 and ±0.005 degrees for J4. The robot body is rated IP54 and connects to a separate controller through the configured cable set. Its 50-kilogram payload distinguishes this model from smaller iER SCARAs, while tooling inertia, workpiece centre of gravity and the programmed motion determine usable production performance.
